Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your name, email and profile photo from Google sign-in; the phone number, date of birth and gender you add.
• Bookings: hotel, room, dates and times, guest name, phone and number of guests, special requests.
• Payments: the Fonepay payment reference and amount. We never see or store your bank or card details.
• Hotels: business contact details, location and listing content provided by hotel owners.

Why we use it

• To create and manage your booking, and send confirmations and receipts.
• To let the hotel you booked prepare for your arrival.
• To prevent fraud, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

• The hotel you book receives your name, phone and booking details.
• Fonepay processes your payment.
• Authorities, when Nepali law requires it.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Write to notify.hourlyt@gmail.com.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, access is limited to staff and hotels who need it, and payments are handled by Fonepay.
