These terms apply when you use hourlyt.com, whether you book a room or list a hotel.

1. Who we are
Hourlyt is operated by Hourtly Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (PAN 622423052), a company registered in Nepal. “We” and “us” mean Hourtly Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
2. What Hourlyt does
Hourlyt is a booking platform. Rooms are provided by independent hotels. When you book, your stay is a contract between you and the hotel; we take your payment on the hotel's behalf and pass it on, less our fee.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to book.
- Give accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.
4. Booking and payment
- Prices are in Nepali rupees and include 13% VAT unless shown otherwise.
- A room is held for you for a short time while you pay. Your booking is confirmed only when payment is received and you see the confirmation page.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Hotels may refuse check-in without it, and their own house rules apply.
5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Hotels
- Hotels must be legally permitted to operate and must keep their listing, prices and availability accurate.
- Hotels must honour confirmed bookings and treat guests in line with Nepali law.
- We may remove a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe or receives serious complaints.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no fraudulent bookings, scraping, attempts to break security, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
8. Liability
Hotels are responsible for the rooms and services they provide. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2075.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu.
